Estimated delivery date is the total time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. Factors such as product availability, processing time, shipping method and item’s final destination are used to determine delivery day.

For most orders, including free shipping, time of arrival is 5-7 business days. Weekends, Canadian and US statutory holidays, and rural or special locations may delay the shipment. We consider special location the following US locations: Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, US Territories, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.



  • The $50.00 amount is calculated on the merchandise total only and does not include taxes or other charges.
  • All extra discounts we offer (e.g. coupon codes) are taken off order total before free shipping is calculated. Only orders with $50 items total after discounts will receive free shipping.
  • The free shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations reduce the items total to less than $50.
  • Any order with purchase valued less than $50 has a flat shipping rate of $8.89.

Note: All packages shipped to the continental United States do not incur duty charges.

Each order shipped in Canada and the United States has a tracking number. It may take 2-3 business days for the tracking number that you receive to be active in the carriers’ system. If you are unable to track your order, please contact our customer service team at

Orders to international destinations are shipped by AIR MAIL with two flat shipping rates:

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING (EST. 10-12 BIZ DAYS) – $26.89 strives to ensure that your order arrives on time. However, delivery dates for both international services are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unexpected reasons why your orders arrive after the estimated delivery date – location, customs procedures, postal services in the country we ship to.


All packages shipped outside of Canada and the United States may or may not incur extra duty charges. is not responsible for any sales taxes (i.e. VAT), customs duties or other taxes charged by the customs department in your country.
To avoid any unexpected charges, we recommend contacting the customs organization in your home country regarding these policies. VeturoTherapy has no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.


When an item(s) on an order is entered incorrectly by the customer, makes every attempt to catch and remedy these issues. However, will not be held responsible for making these corrections and the costs to return and/or reorder the item(s) is solely that of the customer. Shipping costs on ALL replacement or correction orders are non-refundable.


All orders are shipped as “SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED” because most of our customers are not available during standard delivery hours to personally receive their package. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify their carrier, neighbors, doormen, building managers, etc. of the pending delivery if you have concern over leaving your package at your residence or place of work.

As we utilize third party delivery services (Canada, USPS, etc.), please note that it is up to the delivery driver to determine and insure the safe arrival of your package. is not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse, although we will assist in problem resolution with the shipper involved.

If you have provided a wrong shipping address and request forwarding assistance, you will be charged a $10 handling fee and all forwarding charges as incurred. If you refuse the shipment or have moved without providing the proper address, you will be refunded less a $15 refusal fee. apologizes if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery date. Most orders contain tracking information that can be used to confirm delivery status. Occasionally packages may become stuck in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left in a different location at your home. If tracking information is available you have two options to track your order:

  1. Using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Login to My Account and select Order Status.
