Every order placed at VeturoTherapy.com has the highest priority on ensuring your products arrive in a timely manner. Estimated delivery date is the total time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. Factors such as product availability, processing time, shipping method and item’s destination are used to determine delivery day.
At VeturoTherapy.com we strive to offer the best shipping rates within Canada, USA and International locations.

Veturo Therapy uses third party shipping companies such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx or DHL based on the best service for the destination specified.

For most orders with free shipping, delivery is in 12 -14 business days. Weekends, Canadian and US statutory holidays, and rural or special locations may delay the shipment. We consider special location the following US locations: Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, US Territories, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.

  • The $150.00 amount is calculated on the merchandise total only and does not include taxes or other charges
  • All extra discounts we offer (e.g. coupon codes) are taken off order total before free shipping is calculated. Only orders with $150 items total after discounts will receive free shipping

VeturoTherapy.com strives to ensure that your order arrives on time. However, delivery dates for international services are not guaranteed and there may be many of unexpected reasons why your orders arrive after the estimated delivery date –  location, customs procedures, postal services in the country we ship to.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All packages shipped inside Canada and the United States DO NOT incur duty charges.

All packages shipped outside Canada and the United States may or may not incur extra duty charges. VeturoTherapy.com is not responsible for any sales taxes (e.g., VAT), customs duties or other taxes charged by the customs department in your country.
To avoid any unexpected charges, we recommend contacting the customs organization in your home country regarding these policies. VeturoTherapy has no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

CUSTOMER ENTRY ERRORS

When an item(s) on an order is entered incorrectly by the customer, VeturoTherapy.com makes every attempt to catch and remedy these issues. However, VeturoTherapy.com will not be held responsible for making these corrections and the costs to return and/or reorder the item(s) is solely that of the customer. Shipping costs on ALL replacement or correction orders are non-refundable.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

All VeturoTherapy.com orders are shipped as “SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED” because most of our customers are not available during standard delivery hours to personally receive their package. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify their carrier, neighbors, doormen, building managers, etc. of the pending delivery if you have concern over leaving your package at your residence or place of work.

As we use third party delivery services (Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.), please note that it is up to the delivery driver to determine and insure the safe arrival of your package. VeturoTherapy.com is not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse, although we will assist in problem resolution with the shipper involved.

If you have provided a wrong shipping address and request forwarding assistance, you will be charged a $15.50 handling fee and all forwarding charges as incurred. If you refuse the shipment or have moved without providing the proper address, you will be refunded less $15 – $20 refusal fee (US and Canada) and $25 – $30 (International, depending on location).

VeturoTherapy.com apologizes if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery date. Most orders contain tracking information that can be used to confirm delivery status. Occasionally packages may become stuck in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left in a different location at your home. If tracking information is available you have two options to track your order:

  1. Using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Login to My Account and select Order Status.
