Your complete and total satisfaction with our product is our goal.
Veturo Therapy understands that sometimes your purchase does not meet your expectations. For that reason, we offer customers the option to return or exchange our Infrared Therapy Products within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date and we’ll give you a full refund (less round trip shipping).
We are happy to offer a hassle free 30-day return policy for all items with no additional charges, excluding the exceptions stated below.
You may return your order or some items from your order within 30 days from the original purchase date.
We will issue a full refund or replacement of products in the following circumstances:
- The return product is damaged by a VeturoTherapy.com team member or the manufacturer.
- We have sent you incorrect item or duplicate shipment
- The products you have ordered are returned to us as undeliverable by the postal service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES USING DISCOUNT CODES AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Discount codes or special offers used for orders containing more than one item are applied proportionately to the entire order. Therefore, if you would like to return part of an order, you cannot reapply the full discount code to the remaining items in your order. Instead, your refund will include a proportionate amount of the discount as determined by the value of the specific item being returned or exchanged.

If you require return for an order shipped with free shipping the refund will be issued minus the fee of shipping and handling to your country. No fees for exchanges.
Products marked as FINAL SALE are not refundable.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To return your orders and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:
- Complete the Return and Exchange Form by filling in the order number, item name and the return reason (optional) and include this form with your return shipment.
- Place the product along with its original package. Please note that the product and original package must be in undamaged condition for you to be able to return it.
- Ship all returns or exchanges as a regular mail/parcel and save all your shipping receipts for proof of delivery. Do not send your products with UPS, FedEx or other courier services.
Important Note: US and International Customers will need to fill out an Export/Customs Form supplied by your postal outlet. At “Description of Contents” – write down CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED and check the Return box on it. This is VERY IMPORTANT to avoid any delays or issues at customs checking.
- Assuming your return meets our requirements, the refund or exchange is processed as soon as possible. However, please allow extra 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your Credit Card or PayPal account due to bank processing time.
- If you have asked for an exchange or replacement, we will inform you by email when the products are dispatched.
Important Note: We may limit or decline to offer a refund, store credit or exchange within the 30-DAY return timeframe if your item(s) do not meet the following requirements:
- Returns must be received within 30 days.
- All items must be in like-new, unmarked, without signs of wear with all tags and labels still attached and in their original packaging.
- Gloves or other products that have been worn will not be accepted.
- Items washed, dry cleaned or otherwise handled are non-refundable.
- Special orders (e.g. two left or right handed gloves) cannot be returned but we accept exchanges.
- Customer is responsible for cost of shipping items back to us.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return is related to our error.
- Refunds are provided in the original form of payment.
